In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the mole4d Platform. This is a strict requirement and is enforced through our mandatory KYC verification process. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and any remaining funds returned to the deposit source after verification.

2.2 Residency. The Platform is operated for and directed at players located in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing mole4d from within Indonesia or that you are an Indonesian national with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You confirm that you are not subject to any legal disability, court order, or restriction that would prevent you from entering into a binding contract or engaging in online gaming activities.

2.4 Self-Exclusion. You confirm that you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, from mole4d or any other gaming operator. If you have previously self-excluded from mole4d and your exclusion period has not expired, you are not eligible to register a new account.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the mole4d Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances attributable to bonus activity.

3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Indonesian bank account details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. mole4d will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Sharing. Your account is strictly personal. You may not share, transfer, sell, or otherwise allow any third party to access your account. All bets placed through your account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were placed by you personally.

• Registration requirement: Valid government-issued Indonesian ID (KTP or passport).
• Minimum age: 21 years old — verified via date of birth on official documents.
• Bank account: Must be registered in your own name; third-party bank accounts are not accepted.
• Email address: Must be a valid, active email address that you own and control.
• One account per device/IP: Multiple accounts registered from the same device or IP address are subject to investigation.

4.1 Mandatory Verification. mole4d operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. Before processing your first withdrawal, we require verification of your identity, residential address, and ownership of the payment method used for deposits. This is a non-negotiable requirement and is implemented to protect all members from fraud and unauthorized account use.

4.2 Documents Required. Standard KYC documentation includes a clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP or valid passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address (dated within the past three months), and, where applicable, a copy of your bank passbook or screenshot of your bank account details matching the account used on the Platform.

4.3 Processing Time. KYC verification is typically completed within four hours of document submission during business hours (WIB). In complex cases, verification may take up to 48 hours. We will communicate any delays to you via your registered email address.

4.4 Right to Request Further Documentation. mole4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time — not only at the point of first withdrawal — if we have reasonable grounds to verify your identity, source of funds, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. mole4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via Indonesian bank transfer. Supported banks include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. E-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja may be available subject to periodic operational updates. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp).

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your mole4d account upon confirmation of receipt from your bank. Standard processing time is between 1 and 15 minutes. mole4d does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your bank may apply its own transfer charges for which mole4d accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. mole4d reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion with reasonable prior notice to affected members.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified members are processed within a maximum of 24 hours. The majority of withdrawals are completed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours (WIB). Withdrawals are subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements and successful KYC verification.

5.5 Withdrawal to Same Account. Winnings will only be withdrawn to a bank account registered in your own name and matching the account used to make your initial deposit to the Platform. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Supported banks: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon.
• Currency: All balances are held and transacted in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah).
• Withdrawal prerequisite: Completed KYC verification on the account.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by mole4d are subject to specific terms and conditions that are disclosed at the time the offer is presented. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of between 25x and 35x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a bonus of Rp 100.000, you must wager between Rp 2.500.000 and Rp 3.500.000 before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without compensation. Validity periods are stated in each offer's specific terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. mole4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting with other accounts to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of automated betting systems, or exploiting errors in bonus configurations.

6.5 One Bonus per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotional offer may be claimed only once per eligible player, per household, and per device/IP address. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the mole4d Platform are subject to acceptance by mole4d. We reserve the right to decline or limit any bet at our sole discretion, including due to suspected irregular betting patterns, system errors, or odds errors.

7.2 Odds Errors. In the event that an obvious pricing error occurs — including but not limited to clearly incorrect Asian handicap lines, grossly mispriced mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bet) odds, or voor bola (Indonesian football handicap market) errors — mole4d reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account. "Obvious error" is defined as an odds discrepancy of 20% or more from the true market price at the time of placement.

7.3 Settlement of Bets. Bets are settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform at the time of placement. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of mole4d's trading team is final, subject to the formal dispute process described in Clause 7.5.

7.4 Live Betting. Live in-play betting is offered on selected events. By placing an in-play bet, you acknowledge that live odds are subject to rapid change and that a bet is only confirmed upon receipt of a system-generated acceptance confirmation. Bets placed during a temporary system delay will be settled at the odds prevailing at the time of final acceptance.

7.5 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute relating to bet settlement must be submitted to our support team within 72 hours of the event result being published on the Platform. Disputes submitted after this window may not be investigated. mole4d's decision following investigation is final and binding.

7.6 Togel Draw Games. For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw products offered on the Platform, results are determined by officially published draws from the relevant draw operator. mole4d does not conduct the draws itself and bears no responsibility for draw result errors attributable to the draw operator.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mole4d Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraudulent activity: Including use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or chargeback abuse.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge of a manipulated outcome.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written approval from mole4d.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or other competitive formats.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain.
• Duplicate accounts: Registering or operating more than one account for any reason, including to circumvent account restrictions or claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Underage access: Attempting to register or use the Platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access for a minor.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the mole4d Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and underlying code — is the property of mole4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

9.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

9.3 Third-Party Game Content. Games provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft are licensed to mole4d for use on the Platform and remain the intellectual property of their respective developers.

mole4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and personalized communication.

12.2 Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mole4d shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of anticipated winnings on bets not placed due to system unavailability.

12.3 Cap on Liability. Where mole4d's liability cannot be excluded by law, our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Third-Party Services. mole4d is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services integrated into the Platform, including game studios, payment processors, and streaming providers. Any disputes regarding game outcomes provided by third-party studios must be escalated to the relevant studio's certification body.

13.1 Termination by mole4d. mole4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement, or any other reason that mole4d deems sufficient to protect the integrity of the Platform and its members.

13.2 Termination by Player. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of any unsettled bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered bank account within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Clauses 8, 9, 12, and 15 — shall continue in full force and effect.

mole4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email to the address on record, or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, no less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mole4d holds its operating license. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mole4d's internal dispute process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Indonesian Players acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local regulation and that they access and use the Platform entirely at their own discretion, risk, and legal responsibility. mole4d does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction and makes no warranty to that effect.
